Easily 10/10, especially from Season 4 through 8. And not just her looks either, she's a fucking dumbass, yet you also root for her when she's faced with trouble. That model from Season 5 episode 6 "Kelly Bounces Back"? That smug fucker got fucking pummeled by good old Kelly. Starred in a music video, worked as a weather girl, dated a senator, was spokeswoman for a pest control company, saved Al and Bud from the brink of execution in England, god knows whatelse. Oh and that guy that rated her 1/10, fuck you

Ah 2014. I was eleven going on twelve. I knew about Power Rangers and Super Sentai at this point, but ToQger solidified how equally Sentai meant to me as much as Power Rangers did. If it weren't for my young self being enamored by Kagura watching the ToQger intro in a compilation of Sentai intros, I wouldn't have thought to follow the show and appreciate everything else about it.

Regardless if you think her 'kawaii' factor is off the fucking rails to the point of annoyance, she is, at the end of the day, and in her own words, strong. There's obviously a reason why she was brought back for Super Sentai Strongest Battle five years later. Godspeed you pigtailed kawaii goofball.
